They cover the website only. Doegode’s ERSaaS^™ platform and related services are provided under separate written agreements. If you have one with us, it governs the platform and takes precedence over these terms where they differ.

By using this website or submitting a form on it, you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your information. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the website.

15Ending access

We may suspend or end anyone’s access to this website, or change or discontinue any part of it, at any time. Sections 5 to 8, 10 to 13 and 16 continue to apply after that.

These terms and our Privacy Notice are the whole agreement between you and Doegode about this website; they don’t change any written agreement you have with us. If any part is unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we don’t enforce a part, we haven’t waived it. You may not transfer these terms; we may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. We may give you notices electronically, including by posting them on this website.
